Return Policy
Last updated . This Return Policy applies to physical products sold by Spinalbio through spinalbio.world, including the Habit Starter Journal, Evening Wind-Down Cards, and Weekly Rhythm Planner. Digital rhythm path materials follow separate access terms noted at purchase.
1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.
2. How to exercise withdrawal
Send a clear statement to team@spinalbio.world or contact +31614665209 with your name, order reference, product name, and request to withdraw. You may use the model form available from EU consumer authorities but it is not obligatory.
3. Returning the products
Return items to Spinalbio, Weteringschans 110, 1017 XS Amsterdam, Netherlands, within fourteen days of notifying us. You bear direct return shipping costs unless we delivered a wrong or defective item. Use tracked shipping and retain proof.
4. Condition of returned goods
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Journals must have no writing on interior pages. Card decks must be complete and sealed if originally sealed. Planners must show no calendar entries. We may refuse returns that show wear inconsistent with inspection at home.
5. Refunds and timing
We reimburse all payments received including standard delivery costs within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice or the goods, whichever is later. We may withhold reimbursement until goods arrive or you supply proof of shipment. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
6. Diminished value
If handling exceeded what is necessary to establish nature and characteristics, we may deduct value loss from the refund. Opening a journal to read instructions is acceptable; writing throughout the book is not.
7. Defective or incorrect items
If a kit arrives damaged or differs from the order, contact us within forty-eight hours with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund including return shipping at our expense under EU conformity rules.
8. Exemptions from withdrawal
Withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery where sealing was necessary for health or hygiene protection of card decks once opened, or to custom personalised prints prepared to your specification. Digital content delivered immediately with your prior express consent may be non-withdrawable once download started.
9. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original product under this policy and place a new order for the desired kit.
10. Business customers
Purchases made in a business capacity may not carry statutory withdrawal rights. Any commercial return terms will be stated on the invoice.
11. Order cancellations before dispatch
Email team@spinalbio.world before tracking is issued for a full refund. Once dispatched, the withdrawal procedure applies.
