2. Services and products

We provide informational content on developing daily habits for comfortable well-being, downloadable or printable materials where offered, and tangible products listed on the curated kits page: Habit Starter Journal, Evening Wind-Down Cards, and Weekly Rhythm Planner. Product descriptions, EUR prices, and images aim to be accurate; minor packaging variations may occur.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old or have parental consent to purchase. You are responsible for accurate order details and safeguarding any credentials we issue for digital access.

4. Orders and formation of contract

An order becomes binding when we send written confirmation by email. We may decline orders due to stock limits, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing errors. Displayed prices include applicable Netherlands VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment.

5. Payment

Accepted methods will be indicated at checkout or in your invoice. Payment must complete before dispatch of physical kits. Failed payments void the order.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery timelines are estimates for Netherlands addresses. Risk passes upon delivery to your address or pickup point. Inspect parcels upon receipt and report visible damage within forty-eight hours with photos.

7. Intellectual property

All text, layouts, guide structures, card prompts, and branding on spinalbio.world belong to Spinalbio or licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased guides and kits for private non-commercial use. Redistribution, scanning for resale, or automated scraping is prohibited.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You may not interfere with site security, upload malware, harvest data without consent, impersonate our team, or use content to mislead others about the nature of our habit guides. We may suspend access for violations.

9. Educational nature

Our materials support lifestyle comfort and routine building. They are not substitutes for professional advice where you need specialised support. Results vary by individual commitment and context. No outcome is guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Dutch law, Spinalbio is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or delays outside our control. Our aggregate liability for a product defect is limited to the price paid for that item unless mandatory consumer rights provide otherwise.
